The institute is controlled by the Galaxy Academy Of Education Cultural Activities Society (Registered Under S.R Act. 21 of 1860) which manages it through a local managing committee, composed of eminent educationists, public-spirited social workers, and experienced educational administration. The galaxy academy of Education Cultural Integration, philosophical, Scientific & Technological temper, and above all total submission to state understanding with the spirit of the universal fraternity of educating students without any distinction of caste, creed, Religion, or color since 1996.

Galaxy Academy Of Education Cultural Activities society, Paonta sahib established Galaxy ITI to meet out the technical skilled, manpower and professionals requirement of the industry in the region. The admission in these ITI Trade will be as per norms of NCVT/SCVT or as per the direction/instruction of the Director of Technical Education, Vocational & Industrial Training Himachal Pradesh, Sundernagar. The Examination and certificate will be awarded by the Directorate o Technical education as per the norms of NCVT/govt. of India.
